Connecting a custom domain
Serve your published project on your own domain with automatic HTTPS.
You can serve a published project on your own domain, such as www.yourbrand.com.
Steps
- Publish your project first.
- Open the Publish panel and find Custom domain.
- Enter your domain and click Connect.
- Add the DNS records Getyn shows you at your domain registrar (typically a CNAME record).
- Wait for verification — DNS changes can take a few minutes to propagate. Use Recheck to refresh the status.
HTTPS
Once your domain is verified, Getyn provisions an SSL certificate automatically, so your site is served over secure HTTPS with no extra setup.
Important
If your DNS provider offers a proxy option (for example an orange-cloud toggle), keep the record set to DNS-only for the verification record so Getyn can validate the domain.
Troubleshooting
If a domain stays in "verifying", double-check that the CNAME points exactly to the target Getyn shows, and that no conflicting records exist. See Troubleshooting domain connections.
